The semester started with classes, computer training, and IV lab. We had to learn how to start an IV before we could go to clinical this semester. It was quite an interesting day. We thought we were going to get to start an IV on each other, but we ended up using the mannequins. The rest of the semester has been filled with classes, tests, and clinicals. My first clinical rotation was OB. Overall it was good. I was able to get several good experiences, but i was ready to move to our next rotation.
My new rotation is pediatrics. So far it has been great! I am only in my second week, but I love it!
